By accessing this website and placing an order with Kreations by Erica, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

2. Custom Products

All products are personalized and produced based on the information you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of submitted wording, spelling, names, artwork, and logos. Design proofs are provided for approval prior to production.

3. Orders & Payment

Order requests are confirmed once accepted by Kreations by Erica and the required deposit or payment is received. Payments are processed through third-party providers (PayPal, Stripe, Square, or Shopify), each subject to its own terms.

4. Intellectual Property

You represent that you have the right to use any names, logos, images, or text you submit. Website content, original designs, and branding are the property of Kreations by Erica and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Because items are custom-made, orders generally cannot be canceled or refunded once production begins. Please review the Policies page for details.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kreations by Erica is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this website or its products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site or placing an order constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
