Custom Order Policy
All items are personalized and made to order based on the details you provide. Please review your wording, spelling, colors, and design proof carefully before approving — production begins only after your approval. Kreations by Erica is not responsible for errors contained in customer-supplied text, logos, or artwork.
Payment Policy
Orders may require a deposit to begin, with the remaining balance due before production or delivery, depending on the order. Payment is collected through secure links (PayPal, Stripe, Square, or Shopify). Your order is confirmed once payment or the required deposit is received.
Shipping Policy
Shipping is available, with local pickup or delivery offered in select areas. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are confirmed with your order. Once an order ships, delivery timelines are subject to the carrier. See the Shipping & Turnaround page for more.
Turnaround Time
Turnaround varies based on product type, quantity, customization, and current demand. Your estimated completion date is confirmed after your design is approved. Rush options may be available for time-sensitive orders.
Refunds & Returns
Because each piece is custom-made, personalized items generally cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun. If your order arrives damaged or contains an error on our part, please reach out within a reasonable window and Erica will work to make it right.
Rush Orders
Rush orders may be accommodated depending on availability and the calendar. A rush fee may apply. Please include your needed-by date when submitting your request so Erica can confirm what’s possible.
