Fill out the Custom Orders form with your idea, wording, colors, product type, and any inspiration. Erica reviews your request and follows up with a design proof and next steps.
Many orders begin with a deposit to reserve your spot and start the design, with the balance due once you approve the proof. Erica will send a secure payment link (deposit or full payment) after reviewing your request.
Absolutely. Share your desired colors on the order form and Erica will match your vision as closely as possible.
Yes! Your exact wording, phrase, scripture, or name is welcome. Just type it into the order form exactly as you’d like it to appear.
Yes. The Custom Orders form includes an upload field for logos and inspiration images (JPG, PNG, or PDF). Higher-resolution files produce the best results.
Definitely. Erica loves group and event orders — family reunions, weddings, showers, churches, teams, and businesses. Include your quantity and needed-by date on the form.
T-shirts, mugs, cups, tumblers, faith-based gifts, event and celebration items, business merchandise, and personalized gift sets. If you have something else in mind, just ask!
Turnaround varies by product, quantity, and current demand. Most custom orders are completed within a typical production window after design approval — Erica confirms your timeline when she reviews your request. See the Shipping & Turnaround page for details.
Yes, shipping is available, and local pickup or delivery may be offered depending on your area. Shipping details and costs are confirmed with your order.
Rush orders may be available depending on the calendar and product. A rush fee may apply. Mention your needed-by date on the form and Erica will let you know what’s possible.
Yes — you’ll receive a design proof to review and approve before your item goes into production, so you can request adjustments first.
Because each item is personalized and made to order, custom pieces generally are not refundable once production begins. If there’s an error on Erica’s part, she’ll make it right. Please see the Policies page for full details.
